From Kurma’s blog:

nama-cintamani-krishna caitanya-rasa-vigrahah
purno suddho nitya-mukto ‘bhinnatvan nama-naminoh

This means that the name of God is as powerful as God is Himself. It is called purna. Purna means complete. And suddha means without any material contamination. ‘Purna suddha nitya‘. Nitya means eternal. Abhinnatvan nama-naminoh means without being different from the person whose name we are chanting.
