Dear Srila Prabhupada,

Please accept my most respectful obeisances.
All glories to your Divine Grace.

Thank you so much for coming to the west and saving this wretch of a
human being from self-destruction. It often seems that the whole world
is on the brink of ruination. As Kali-yuga progresses and the modes of
material nature become less compatible with natural human culture I
pray that the needed clarity dawns upon myself and others that this
material world is not our home.

How wonderful and selfless you are. I wish that I had at least a tiny
portion of your genuine compassion and simple spiritual determination.
You are still saving us with your association found within your books.
It seems that every time I am intelligent enough to read your purports
I am amazed and awed at the depth of your realization and chastity to
the previous acaryas. How can I become like you?

I think that you are the greatest person that has ever walked this
earth. I am so unqualified to even know of you. I’ve never met you in
person but still somehow by your mercy I feel your presence guiding my
life. Thank you so much for coming to this horrible place just to
bring us back to Krishna. I don’t deserve it.

Your pitiful and fallen servant,

Ekendra das
